Rudolf Hess Flight to England in 1941

Today, The question of why did Rudolf Hess Leave Germany and fly to England only to be made a prisoner for 46 years. I come across these 3 Documents that have been declassified sense Hess untimely flight in 1941. Rudolf  Hess committed no crimes, But was imprisoned for being a High Ranking NSDAP Official.
